2 After the printing is complete, it is now possible to re-print the reservation by recalling the reservation and pressing ALT+F8 Attention: To setup the printer for the company Superfast (ATC) in CRSinstall.exe you need to choose any thermal printer in the column model and not LASER 3. Reservation Pricing During the reservation pricing our system returns the best price. In the column FQ we can see the pricelist where the pricing was based upon. We also have the ability to see the pricing rules by pressing the button positioned at the bottom right of the pricing window. To remove the pricelist code from a reservation do the following: In the screen RESERVE/ISSUE press Ctrl+F7, type NORM in the table that appears and press accept. Do the pricing again to see the new prices of the reservation.

3 4. Ticket cancelation. Superfast (ATC) gives us the ability to cancel one ticket at any time unless the ticket belongs to a cabin booked as a whole. When the ticket belongs to a whole cabin, even if we mark one ticket with Delete (DEL), all the tickets of the cabin are cancelled automatically. To recall the reservation press F9 and type either the Forthcrs or the Superfast (ATC) code. Select the ticket you need to cancel by pressing the button DELETE (DEL). You will then see the at the end of the line.

4 Press the buttons Shift + F11 and press Yes on the following message. The system will return the following message warning you that in the case the ticket belongs to a whole cabin all the tickets will be cancelled. Press yes to proceed with the cancellation. In the case cancelation fees apply the system will inform you with the appropriate message.

5 5. Vehicle Selection. In order to select between vehicle types, press the button ENTER on the first cell of the column Vehicle type and then press button F4. Select the appropriate vehicle type from the list that appeared. Attention!!! You cannot choose the following vehicle types from the availability table : IX1, IX2, MO1, MO2 The vehicle types Car, Moto, Camper etc must be selected first and then, the trailers.

6 6. Camping On Board (C.O.B.) and vehicles over 2 meters high. In order to search for a vehicle in C.O.B. or over 2 meters high, you need to type the letter Y in the Request screen under the column C.O.B. or the letter H under the column H if the vehicle is over 2 meters high. You will see in the screen Reservation/Issue under the column Driver Name the following: a) If you chose Camping On Board: C.O.B. b) If you chose H for a vehicle over 2 meters high: High. c) If you chose both : C.O.B.+HIGH

7 Attention!!! For vehicles over 2 meters high you need to input length over 6 meters. 7. Aller Retour Reservation with an Open return. In order to issue a ticket with the return date as open, before selecting the departure itinerary mark the box Open Tick. Next to the Company drop down menu and input ONLY the departure itinerary. 8. Modifications in reservations with option date. In reservations with option date you can alter the following: Passenger sex Passenger type Surname Name Discount Passport / ID Nationality Date of birth Loyalty card Vehicle license plate Vehicle Discount To save any modifications press the button Shift + F12

8 9. Vehicle Clubs In the Reservation/Issue screen press the buttons Ctrl + F7 and type one of the following codes. Description New Code Codes that were replaced ADO,ADR,NKO,NKR,TCO, BARI 25% EUROPEAN TCR,TIO,TIR,OCC,RCC,AFO, AUTOM./CAMPING ASSOC. EACA AFR, BARI 25% ITALIAN & GREEK AUTOM./CAMPING ASSOC. IACA GRO,GRR,CFO,CFR EARLY BOOKING EUROPEAN AUTOM./CAMPING ASSOC.OFFER EECA AEO,AER,TEO,TER,ECO,ECR, OEO,OER EARLY BOOKING IT & GR AUTOM./CAMP. ASSOC.OFFER EICA ELO,ELR,IEO,IER 10. Notes Nationality and birth date are necessary details in order to create a new reservation Vehicle license plates must contain at least 1 number You can type the whole first name of a passenger under the column In The person issuing prepaid reservation can print the prepaid tickets.
