The above documents (Art.83bis agreement and its implementation Procedures) shall be read considering the replacement of JAR Regulation with corresponding EU requirements and amendments to the therein mentioned EU Regulation (e.g. replacement of Reg.(EC) 2042/2003 with Reg.(EU) 1321/2014, or Reg. (EC) 1702/2003 with Reg. (EU) 748/2012, or Appendix Ill (OPS1) to the Council Regulation (EEC) 3922/1991 & JAR-OPS3 with Reg.(EU) 965/2012). Dear Sirs, with reference to AESA letter dated 24th August 2016 we wish to inform you that ENAC rs willing to accept the continued transfer of surveillance responsibilities for the subject aircraft while being operated for the subject activities by Soc. INAER Aviation!!alia S.p.A., under its relevant operational approvals, up to 22"d June 201 g inclusive. The delegation will be accomplished in accordance with the terms and conditions laid down in the Agreement ENAC-AESA and its Implementing Rules, both signed on 3'd November 2010 to implement the general conditions outlined in Article 83 bis of the Convention on International Civil Aviation.
