6 OBJECTIVES OF FRAMEWORK REGULATION NO549/2004 Enhance air traffic safety standard Contribute to the sustainable development of air traffic management and air navigation services Including pan European network of routes, network management and air traffic management for the benefit of airspace users The Regulation does not affect MS sovereignty over their airspace does not affect right and duties of MS under the Chicago Convention (ICAO)

31 FINAL REMARK The Republic of Serbia, involved in the ISIS project, has made significant progress to align national legislation with SES. The Commission is aware of actions to be taken soon to transpose EU legislation in few areas (e.g performance).
