(vi) Applicable to the loss of tickets for vehicle parking per hour or fraction. (vii) Applicable for each occurrence. The application mechanism of this penalty shall be announced on the JCIA Parking Lot. (viii) The application of the Fee for the Use of Boarding Bridges at Jorge Chavez International Airport to aircrafts that are not performing activities or operations related to the turnaround, shall be subject to the following policy: 1. Any aircraft which has been assigned a contact parking position (Contact PP) for boarding / disembarking passengers and is outside the turnaround time must be towed at its own expense - to a parking remote position (remote PP) in case it is so provided by LAP with respect to the provisions in the Departure Lounges and Aircraft Parking Position Assignment Regulations.

10 It is up to each airline LAP to immediately notify the moment its aircraft is ready to be towed to a Remote PP, which is determined by the completion of the disembarking of passengers and the completion of the aircraft attention by on-theground services (ramp agent, flight kitchen, fuel supply, etc.). Also, the airline shall notify LAP when the aircraft is towed and leaves the Contact PP; from that moment the billing for the use of Boarding Bridge shall stop being accrued. However, if despite availability of a Remote PP, the airline requires LAP (in format approved by LAP) to keep its aircraft in a Contact PP, and if the request was approved by LAP, the Fee for the Use of the Boarding Bridge shall apply during the period the said aircraft stays in the Contact PP concerning the chock period (On- Block / Off-Block). 2. In the event that the airline communicates LAP that its aircraft is ready to be towed to a Remote PP, but there is no Remote PP available, the aforesaid aircraft may stay at the Contact PP. In this assumption, the accrual for that aircraft regarding the Fee for the Use of the Boarding Bridge shall occur in two (2) sections: First Section: It starts at the time of the 'On-Block' or chock of the aircraft in the Contact PP and ends one hour after such 'On-Block'. Second Section: Referred to the restart of operations of the aircraft that stayed at the Contact PP when the turnaround time is off. In this case, the accrual of the Fee for the Use of the Boarding Bridge begins one hour before the departure time of the flight as per itinerary (approved by GDCA), ending with the 'Off Block' or removal of the chock. 3. In case the airline requests its aircraft - which is in a Remote PP - is transferred to a Contact PP with more than one hour in advance from the flight departure time as per itinerary (approved by GDCA), the time for the Use of the Boarding Bridge shall be counted from the time the aircraft is in the Contact PP ('On-Block') until the time the 'Off Block' ends. In this assumption, the airline is not required to file any format. 4. In the case of aircrafts taking up a Contact PP during the turnaround time, the accrual Fee for the Use of the Boarding Bridge shall occur considering the chock period of such aircrafts ('On-Block' / 'Off-Block '), as provided in Resolution CD-OSITRAN. For the purposes of this policy, the term 'turnaround' shall be construed as the aircraft ground time, between its arrival to JCIA and its departure thereof during which the aircraft is serviced by the on-the-ground services (ramp agent, flight kitchen, fuel supply, etc.) for the purposes of (i) complete its arrival at JCIA and (ii) prepare and allow its departure from the said terminal. This policy meets the criteria established in Resolution 007 issued by the Court of Dispute Settlement of OSITRAN in File TSC-OSITRAN. (ix) In force from July 3, 2015 to July 3, 2018.
