4 TEAM Michail Mayer - Co-Founder, СЕО and Accountable Manager, nominated person Michael graduated from the Vienna University of Economics and Business and entered the aviation industry soon thereafter. In a span of just a few years he became an expert in the field of aviation asset management and has managed leasing and financing for Russian, English, German, Nigerian and Algerian aircraft owners. With over а decade of experience in aircraft management and business aviation, Michael Mayer brings а long list of exceptional achievements to his current position. Now Michael s knowledge of the business aviation field enables him to control the financial and economic development of the company as а successful leader and а true professional. Roland Malek - Co-Founder, Flight Operations and Safety Manager, nominated person Roland was trained as an electrical engineer and graduated with a degree program in aviation management. He has worked as а pilot and flight instructor, and has held positions at a number of operator companies varying in their level. Roland currently flies Cessna С525, Bombardier Challenger 300, and Bombardier Global BD700, and he also has а valid FL (А) flight instructors license. In addition, he has extensive experience in flight operations management and crew training. Ronald is responsible for flight operations, in-flight security, and cooperation with aviation authorities around the world. Thorsten Кinzl Continuing airworthiness, nominated person Thorsten graduated from the Federal Aviation College and after serving in the military, worked as а technician for the Austrian Air Force bomber squadron. Thorsten was involved in several major technical projects for Airbus и Boeing. Thorsten has contributed a great deal to flight safety through his work as an accident inspector and was involved in the development of the Airbus А380 as well.
