RESPONSIBLE SERVICE AIS Kontrole letenja Srbije i Crne Gore SMATSA doo Beograd izrađuje vazduhoplovne karte koje su deo VFR AIP-a. AIS of Serbia and Montenegro Air Traffic Services SMATSA llc produces aeronautical charts which are part of the VFR AIP. Vazduhoplovne karte se izrađuju u skladu sa odredbama sadržanim u ICAO Aneksu 4 Vazduhoplovne karte i ICAO Doc 8697 AN/889 Priručnik za vazduhoplovne karte. Aeronautical charts are produced in accordance with the provisions contained in the ICAO Annex 4 Aeronautical s and ICAO Doc 8697 AN/889 Aeronautical Manual. 2. AŽURIRANJE KARATA 2. MAINTENANCE OF CHARTS Vazduhoplovne karte sadržane u VFR AIPu se ažuriraju amandmanima na VFR AIP ili ručnim ispravkama. The aeronautical charts included in the VFR AIP are kept up to date either by amendments to the VFR AIP or by hand amendments. 3. KUPOVINA KARATA 3. PURCHASE ARRANGEMENTS Karte se mogu nabaviti od službe iz tačke 1 (kontakt detalji su dati u podsekciji GEN 3.1, tačka 1.2). 4. This chart contains detailed aerodrome data to provide flight crews with information that will facilitate the ground movement of aircraft from the aircraft stand to the runway and vice versa. b) Aircraft Parking/Docking This chart provides flight crews with detailed information to facilitate the ground movement of aircraft between the taxiways and the aircraft stands and the parking/ docking of aircraft. c) Karta za vizuelno letenje c) Visual Operation Na ovoj karti su prikazane granice ATZ/RMZ ili ATZ-a, položaj i pravac pružanja aerodromskog školskog kruga, položaj i oblik pilotažnih zona, koordinate tačaka ulaska/izlaska/ čekanja i opšta šema organizacije letenja u ATZ/RMZ ili ATZ. Oblast prikazana na karti pruža podatke o terenu, preprekama i značajnim vizuelnim orijentirima. This chart provides information regarding boundaries of ATZ/RMZ or ATZ, position and orientation of aerodrome traffic circuit, position and shape of flying zones, coordinates of ATZ/RMZ or ATZ entry/exit/holding points and general ATZ/RMZ or ATZ traffic orientation pattern. ed area also provides information on terrain, obstacles and significant visual orientation points. d) Karta za VFR letove d) for VFR Flights Ova karta obezbeđuje posadama vazduhoplova informacije o načinu izvršenja dolaska na određeni aerodrom, kao i o postupku nakon poletanja u vizuelnim meteorološkim uslovima. Karta omogućava da vazduhoplovi koji lete po pravilima VFR izvrše dolazak i odlazak ne ometajući vazduhoplove koji vrše postupke instrumentalnog prilaženja i poletanja na tom aerodromu. Karta uključuje podatke o preprekama, VFR rutama, radionavigacionim sredstvima, komunikacionim uređajima i detaljne topografske informacije. The chart provides the flight crew with information to enable them to perform an arrival at an aerodrome and procedures after the take-off in VMC. It enables the aircraft flying under VFR to perform arrival and departure without interfering with the IFR arriving and departing flights. 3 VFR AIP Srbija / Crna Gora GEN APR 15 e) Helidromska karta e) Heliport Ova karta sadrži detaljne podatke o helidromu, uključujući prikaz okoline helidroma kako bi se olakšala orijentacija pilota pri sletanju. This chart contains detailed heliport data, including survey of heliport surroundings which is aimed to facilitate pilot orientation during landing. f) Vazduhoplovna karta 1: ICAO f) Aeronautical 1: ICAO Vazduhoplovna karta 1: je izrađena u NUTM 34 projekciji i sastoji se od tri sekcije. Sekcije mogu biti ažurirane posebno. Topografska osnova karte obuhvata naseljena mesta, železničke pruge, puteve, hidrografiju i topografiju (prikazana senčenjem, izohipsama i kotama), oznake granica, značajne oblike reljefa, izogone i dalekovode. Vazduhoplovni podaci uključuju: strukturu vazdušnog prostora, aerodrome, radionavigacione uređaje s njihovim nazivima, frekvencijama i identifikacijom, zabranjene, uslovno zabranjene i opasne zone, zone za vojne vežbe i obuku, poznate prepreke i obavezne rute za letenje po pravilima za vizuelno letenje (VFR). Karta je izrađena tako da se koristi kao osnovna vazduhoplovna karta za VFR letenje i za planiranje letenja. g) Prikaz i klasifikacija vazdušnog prostora ATS Ova karta prikazuje vazdušni prostor ATS i klasifikaciju za ceo FIR/UIR Beograd. Svi segmenti vazdušnog prostora koji su definisani u FIR/UIR Beograd su prikazani sa: horizontalnim i vertikalnim granicama, frekvencijom odgovarajuće ATS jedinice i oznakom klase vazdušnog prostora. Na karti su takođe prikazani i položaj i simboli aerodroma, kao i državne granice. h) Ostali regulisani vazdušni prostor Ova karta pruža grafički prikaz ostalih regulisanih delova vazdušnog prostora koji su navedeni u podsekciji ENR 2.2. Na karti su takođe prikazani i položaj i simboli aerodroma, kao i državne granice. i) Zone obavezne upotrebe radio-stanice Ova karta pruža grafički prikaz zona obavezne upotrebe radio-stanice (RMZ) koje su navedene u podsekciji ENR 2.2. Na karti su takođe prikazani i oblast FIR Beograd, državne granice, granice CTRova, položaj i simboli aerodroma, kao i redukovana topografija (naseljena mesta, putevi, pruge i hidrografija). The Aeronautical 1: has been designed in the NUTM 34 projection. The chart consists of three parts. The parts might be updated separately. The topographic basis of the chart comprises populated areas, railroads, roads, hydrography, topography (by shading, contours and spot elevations), borders, significant landmarks, isogonic lines and transmission lines. Aeronautical data include: the structure of airspace, aerodromes, radio navigation facilities with their names, frequencies and identification, prohibited, restricted and danger areas, military exercise and training areas, known obstacles and mandatory VFR (Visual Fight Rules) routes. This chart is designed to serve as a basic aeronautical chart for aircraft flying in accordance with VFR and for pre-flight planning of operation. g) ATS airspace depiction and classification This chart covers ATS airspace depiction and classification for the entire Beograd FIR/UIR. All airspace segments defined in Beograd FIR/UIR are shown with: lateral and vertical limits, corresponding ATS unit frequency and class of airspace mark. The chart also shows location and symbol of aerodromes as well as state borders. h) Other regulated airspace This chart provides graphical depiction of other regulated airspace portions listed in ENR 2.2 subsection. The chart also shows locations and symbols of aerodromes and state borders. i) Radio Mandatory Zones This chart provides graphical depiction of Radio Mandatory Zones (RMZ) listed in ENR 2.2 subsection. The chart also shows Beograd FIR area, state borders, CTR borders, location and symbol of aerodromes, as well as reduced topography (populated areas, roads, railroads and hydrography). 4 GEN APR 15 VFR AIP Srbija / Crna Gora j) Radio-navigacioni uređaji Na ovoj karti su prikazana radionavigaciona sredstva u Republici Srbiji i u Crnoj Gori. Karta sadrži sledeće vazduhoplovne podatke: lokaciju (simbol), vrstu, identifikator i frekvenciju (KHZ za L i NDB, MHZ za LOC i VOR, i kanal za DME) radio-navigacionog sredstva. k) Zabranjene, uslovno zabranjene i opasne zone Ova karta sadrži sve zabranjene, uslovno zabranjene i opasne zone prikazane u skraćenom obliku (oznaka identifikacije, horizontalne i vertikalne granice) za FIR/UIR Beograd, sa podacima koji su navedeni i u podsekciji ENR 5.1. Na karti su takođe prikazani i položaj i simboli aerodroma, kao i državne granice. l) Zone za vojne vežbe i obuku Ova karta sadrži sve zone za vojne vežbe i obuku prikazane u skraćenom obliku (oznaka identifikacije, horizontalne i vertikalne granice) za FIR/UIR Beograd, sa podacima koji su navedeni i u podsekciji ENR 5.2. Na karti su takođe prikazani i položaj i simboli aerodroma, kao i državne granice. m) Dejstvo protivgradne zaštite Ova karta prikazuje teritorije radarskih centara koji sprovode protivgradnu zaštitu u Republici Srbiji. Na karti se, takođe, nalaze brojevi telefona radarskih centara putem kojih korisnici vazdušnog prostora mogu dobiti detaljnije informacije o protivgradnom dejstvu u određenoj oblasti. j) Radio navigation aids This chart shows radio navigation aids in the Republic of Serbia and in Montenegro. The following aeronautical data are provided on the chart: location (symbol), type, identifier and frequency (KHZ for L and NDB, MHZ for LOC and VOR, and channel for DME) of radio navigation aid. k) Prohibited, restricted and danger areas This chart includes all prohibited, restricted and danger areas given in compendious form (identification, lateral and vertical limits) for the entire Beograd FIR/UIR, as listed under ENR 5.1 subsection. The chart also shows location and symbol of aerodromes and state borders. l) Military exercise and training areas This chart includes all military exercise and training areas given in compendious form (identification, lateral and vertical limits) for the entire Beograd FIR/UIR, as listed under ENR 5.2 subsection. The chart also shows location and symbol of aerodromes and state borders. m) Hail suppression activities This chart shows territories od radar stations which perform hail suppression activities in the Republic of Serbia. The chart includes telephone numbers of radar stations by which the users of airspace can get detailed information about hail suppression activities for a specific territory. n) Mesta VFR aktivnosti n) VFR flying sites Ova karta prikazuje položaj zona za sportske i rekreativne aktivnosti koje su navedene u podsekciji ENR 5.5, položaj VFR aerodroma, letilišta i terena u FIR Beograd. Sastoji se iz dva dela: deo NORTH kojim se ovi podaci prikazuju u severnom delu FIR Beograd i deo SOUTH sa istim prikazom u južnom delu FIR Beograd. Na karti su, takođe, prikazani položaj i simboli ostalih aerodroma, kao i državne granice. This chart shows location of aerial sporting and recreational activities areas listed in ENR 5.5 subsection, VFR aerodromes, landing fields and terrains in Beograd FIR. It includes two parts: NORTH part with these data in the north part of Beograd FIR and the SOUTH part with the same content in south part of Beograd FIR. GEN OCT 16 o) Bird concentrations and areas with sensitive fauna This chart shows the major places of bird concentrations and major directions of bird spring and autumn migrations for the territory of the Republic of Serbia, and aerodromes (location and symbol), state borders and reduced topography (rivers) also. 5.
