9 Passenger Boarding Bridges Description: Purchase and installation of 17 PBBs Replacement of certain aging passenger boarding bridges and addition of several others at gates with no bridge currently 14 bridges replacing existing PBBs 3 bridges being added at gates with no bridge After completion of project, ORF will have 23 PBBs Includes costs for studies, design, procurement, construction, and installation Includes outfitting units with ground power units and preconditioned air units 9 PFC Public Notice

11 Wayfinding and Site Access Improvements Description: Design and construction costs for the replacement and improvement to roadway signage, terminal wayfinding signage, departures sidewalk replacement, site access through parking lots, and landscaping. 12 Wayfinding and Site Access Improvements Justification: Roadway signage needs updating and improvement to improve directions to passengers arriving by automobile Replacing and updating terminal wayfinding signage for uniformity and due to recent terminal rehabilitations and construction Departures sidewalk at the curbfront requires substantial repairs Funding: Some elements of the project will not be PFC eligible; preliminary estimate of 80% at this stage Ineligible portions paid with NAA and/or DOAV funds. 13 Elevators in the Departures Terminal Description: Design and construction of new elevators in the departures terminal, near the Departures Terminal curbfront Justification: The addition of the elevators will improve vertical circulation within the terminal Escalators are currently being used where elevators would be the preferred means of changing levels Existing elevators are neither visible nor convenient to the majority of passenger traffic through the central portion of the terminal Funding Source Amount PFC $225,000 Federal (AIP) $2,025,000 State (DOAV) $-- Local (NAA) $-- Total $2,250,000 Funding: The project will be largely funded by AIP, with PFCs funding the 10% matching share 13 PFC Public Notice
14 New Federal Inspection Services Facility in GA Terminal Description: Design and construction of a standalone FIS facility adjacent to the general aviation facilities Justification: Prior to 2017, GA aircraft cleared customs at the Airport s cargo facilities, which did not conform to CBP requirements Currently, the CBP is using a temporary facility in the Signature Aviation building, requiring numerous modifications to standard CBP protocols Funding: A portion will be funded by AIP Estimating project is 90% PFC-eligible, so remaining costs will be largely PFC-funded State or NAA funds will pay ineligible portion Funding Source Amount PFC (90%) $2,925,000 Federal (AIP) $250,000 State (DOAV) $325,000 Local (NAA) $-- Total $3,500, PFC Public Notice
15 Snow Removal Equipment Replacements Description: Procurement and purchase of new snow removal equipment 5 brooms, 3 plows, and 1 blower Justification: The brooms currently in use are more than 16 years old. The plows currently in use are 22 years old. The Authority currently uses two attachment blowers which are both 11 years old. The funds will provide for one blower truck to replace the two attachment blowers. Justification: Under 14 CFR, (b), PFC administrative support costs may be paid with PFC revenues.
