5 Domestic demand on aviation professional Garuda Indonesia will be seeking 1500 pilots to add to its growing fleet from 80 to 154 aircraft before joining Open Skies 2015 Lion Air will require over 300 pilots every year up to After signing the largest ever order with Boeing, Lion Air will have a total aircraft fleet of 408 by Indonesia s total of 50 airlines is all experiencing a major shortage of skilled aviation professionals. Before 2015, Indonesia requires immediately additional over: pilots 7500 aircraft engineer ATC
