Depart for Damnoen Saduak Floating Market and see traditional Thai lifestyles going back into history. Continue to Kanchanaburi Province to visit the Allied War Cemetery and JEATH War Museum, is a replication of a prisoner of War Camp exhibiting photographic memorabilia. Board a train to take a ride on the Death Railway along the original wooden viaducts. After lunch, head down to an elephant camp for a ride on the back of an elephant, followed by a gentle sail down the Kwai Noi River on a bamboo raft. Day 2: Kanchanaburi Ayuthaya (B, L) Visit the Hellfire Pass Memorial, a part of the Death Railway and was cut through the stone mountain during World War II. There are walking trails and also a museum dedicated to all Allied prisoners of war who suffered and died at Hellfire Pass. Continue to Ayuthaya via Suphan Buri. Be charmed by the scenery near the Burmese border dominated by fertile and jungle-clad mountains. After lunch, arrive in Ayuthaya, rest of the day at leisure. Day 3: Ayuthaya *Bangkok (B, L) This morning visit the famous temples of Wat Srisanpetch, Wat Yai Chai Mongkol and Wat Chai Watthanaram in Ayuthaya. Proceed to Bang Pa In, the former summer residence of the kings of Ayuthaya built in the 18 th century. The Royal Palace amidst beautiful extensive park grounds offers exotic combination of Thai and European architecture. Not to miss the Thai pavilion, built in the middle of a lake and the Chinese-style palace. Board on a luxury cruise for lunch and enjoy a leisurely cruise down the fabled Chao Phraya River to Bangkok.
