7 1. The Irish Aviation Authority in exercise of its powers under Article 22 of the Irish A\.iation Authority (Personnel Licensing) Order, 2000 (S.I. No. 333 of 2000), as amended, hereby renders valid the Flight Crew licences specified in paragraph 2 below, issued by the A4irzistry State Authorify of Civil Aviation of Russian Federation, Russia, or issued by a Contracting State and accepted as valid by the Minisfry State Aufhorify of Gild Aviation ofrus.~ian Federation, Russia, in accordance with Russian lmv subject to the conditions contained in paragraph 3 below. 2. Licences held by Flight Crew employed by, or contracted to, Federal State Unitary Enterprise "State Transport Company", "Russia", entitling them to act as members of the flight crew of Boeing Series, Boeing Series and Airbus A320 Series aircrafl types, in accordmce wit!! the privileges of the licenses rendered valid by this 'Generai Certificate of Validation.' 3. (a) The said flight crew members shall be entitled to act in the capacity for wtlich the said licences are valid pursuant to the law of the Ministry State Authority of Civil Aviation of Russian Federation, Russia,. (b) The said flight crew shall be trained in the different configurations of the said aircraft types as specified in the individual certificates of airworthiness. (c) This General Certificate of Validation shall apply in respect of Boeing Series, Boeing Series and Airbus A320 Series aircraft types registered in Ireland subject to a lease agreement, in respect of such aircraft types, remaining in force between the Lessee, Federal State Unitary Enterprise "State Transport Company", "Russia" and, the Lessor, Castle Ireland Limited, Jetscape Aviation lreland Limited, Nordic Aviation Contractors (Ireland) Ltd and llfc Ireland Ltd. (d) A radiotelephony permit or equivalent issued by the Minishy State Authority of Civil Aviation of Russian Federation, Russia or by the US Federal Communications Commission or by any other ICAO Contracting State and accepted as valid by the Minktry State Authority of Civil Aviation ofrussian Federation, Russia shall be considered the equivalent of an R/T endorsement issued under Article 55 of the Irish Aviation Authority (F'ersomel Licensing) Order, (S.I. No. 333 of 2000). 4. A copy of this General Certificate of Validation shall be carried with the licence of each flight crew member to which it relates whilst acting in accordance herewith. 5. This General Certificate of Validation is valid from 05' March 2008 unless varied, suspended or revoked by this Authority.
