2 Regional Championship Itinerary Day Friday, May 15, 2015 (Safe Light to 5:00PM) --- Off-Limits, No Information Rule, & Official Practice All competitors may utilize this day as the only Official Day of Practice once the Lake goes Off-Limits on May 1, Off-Limits is defined as, no one competing in the tournament may be on the water in any type of watercraft from the period including May 1 through May 14, This includes all student anglers, Boat Captains, parents, and Team Advisors. All bank fishing, dock fishing, and/or placement of underwater fishing cover is also prohibited during the Off-Limits period. We will observe the normal (14) Day No Information Rule for the Regional Championship event. Student Anglers, Boat Captains, parents, and Team Advisors cannot receive any fishing related information from sources that are not available through public access. This would include any sources that require a membership or subscription. This will be a polygraph question for all Scholarship winners at this event. This rule levels the playing field to make our Regional Championship as fair as possible for all participants. (5:00PM to 8PM) --- Whitehouse High School Mandatory Competitor Check-In All competing teams including the Boat Captain, must come to Whitehouse High School and Check-In. Should distance of travel, scheduling conflict, or other unavoidable circumstance prevent qualifying teams from checking in prior to 8PM, it is the responsibility of each Team to contact the Tournament Director in advance and make arrangements to have the Team Advisor or an approved alternate party check-in for them. Any Team not checking in prior to 8PM will lose their Qualifying spot and the first alternate Team will compete in their place. All competing Teams must check-in at the tournament headquarters, receive a copy of the Regional Championship Tournament rules, Safety Briefing, and have their competition boat inspected by the THSBA Tournament Director. All boats must be inspected and meet all THSBA Safety Standards prior to being released for competition.
