6 1. Introduction 1. 1 What are Fare Choices? Fare Choices is a new concept designed by Jet Airways that allows guests to compare and select tailor-made fare plans based on their travel requirements. Fare Choices offers eight different fare plans across Economy, Première and First Class with distinct features and benefits. Guests can compare all the benefits, choose the fare that suits them the most and pay only for what they need. 1.2 What are the plans for Fare Choices? Jet Airways offers the following plans under Fare Choices. Economy Premiere First Deal Saver First Saver Classic - Classic Flex - Flex - -

8 2. Fare Options 2.1 What are the key changes? With the introduction of Fare Choices, Jet Airways aims to drive simplicity and transparency in its fare rules and attributes. Guests will be able to compare all the benefits, select their preferred fare plan and pay only for what they need. 2.2 A guest booked a ticket prior to the launch date (August 17, 2016) although flying after Fare Choices is introduced. Which rules apply? If a ticket was issued prior to the launch date, old rules apply. If tickets are issued on or after the launch date, the Fare Choices rules apply. The travel date does not matter. If the ticket is changed and reissued on or after launch date, the new rules apply.

9 3. Reservation / Ticketing 3.1 How will a guest know the benefits offered on the purchased Jet Airways ticket? If a guest has purchased a ticket through a travel agent he should ask the agent which fare plan she has purchased. The Fare Choices benefits will be displayed in the fare rule as follows:

Guests can identify which fare plan they have purchased by visiting the Manage my booking link on jetairways.com. This method works for bookings from all channels. Examples to be shared. 11 3. Reservation / Ticketing 3.2 If guests want to add optional services after making their booking, what options are open to them? Jet Airways offers a number of optional services which guests can add to their flight. One option would be to pay to change the ticket for a higher fare plan (if the change rules permit the same) Guests also have the choice to purchase other individual benefits like excess baggage at discount rates on jetairways.com and mobile app and even select their preferred seat for a nominal fee. 3.3 Guest books a flight before Fare Choices was introduced; will the booking change? The existing booking remains unchanged even if the same was made before the introduction of Fare Choices. The terms and conditions present at the time of booking will apply.

12 3. Reservation / Ticketing 3.4 Are Fare Choices applicable on Interline and Codeshare journeys? Fare Choices are currently applicable on flights operated by Jet Airways only. They are not applicable on codeshare and interline flights. 3.5 Guest is flying the outbound journey in Economy Saver, and return journey in Economy Flex. Which attributes will be offered? Fare Choices are offered for each flight of the entire journey. This means guests can choose a different fare plan for their outbound journey as compared to the return journey. With this, your guests enjoy the flexibility to select the fare plan that suits their travel requirements.

13 3. Reservation / Ticketing 3.6 Guest has purchased a fare for London- Mumbai sector in Economy Flex and return has been booked in Economy Deal. Which benefits will apply in this scenario? The fare benefits will apply as per each Fare Plan. i.e. The Guest will enjoy benefits of Economy Flex on the London-Mumbai sector and that of Economy Deal on the Mumbai- London sector. 14 3. Reservation / Ticketing 3.7 Can I issue a ticket for an infant that is different from the fare category in which the adult is booked? All infant tickets must be booked under the same fare plan as that of the adult accompanying them. 3.8 How will the new Fare Choices affect a group booking policy? Group bookings will continue as per the current policy. However, the free baggage allowance of Economy Deal will apply for guests booked in Economy and Première Deal will apply for guests booked in Première. 3.9 If a guest has to re-book a ticket and cannot be accommodated in the same fare plan, which attributes will apply? If a guest is rebooked in an alternate fare plan, the benefits of the new fare plan will apply, except for the cancellation rules (which would continue as per the original fare plan).

15 3. Reservation / Ticketing 3.10 How will the new Fare Choices concept be incorporated in corporate deals? For corporate deals, guests will enjoy the benefits based on the fare plan under which the ticket is booked How will the Fare Choices roll-out affect the agency discount tickets (AD tickets)? Agency Discount tickets will remain unaltered Do the fare levels change? No, there will be no changes to the fare levels or fare class realignment. Fare Choices merely add new benefits to existing fare basis.

16 4. Fare Rules 4.1 Will there be an indicator to determine which Fare Choice is associated with which plan? Yes. There will be a brand code displayed in the SSR BRND field of the PNR that will identify the fare plan purchased. 17 4. Fare Rules 4.2 If different fare plans are combined in a booking, which fare rules apply for each of the different attributes? Fare plans are fully combinable. The fare rules are applicable for every flight. All features apply as per Fare Choices except for refund. Here, the most restrictive rule applies to the overall booking. 4.3 How will the benefits apply in case of Change or Cancellation matrix? The policies will remain as per the current rules. Domestic Flights - Change/Cancellation fee will apply as per the fare plan selected. International Flights Change/Cancellation Fee will apply as per the highest fee of the fare plan selected.

18 4. Fare Rules Domestic Guest has booked to travel BOM-DEL-IXC. He has purchased a fare combination of Eco Deal and Eco Flex. BOM-DEL W2IPO (Eco Deal) DEL-IXC M2OW (Eco Flex) In case of Date Change and Cancellation, on both the legs of Journey, the fee will apply based on each Fare Plan.

19 4. Fare Rules International Guest has purchased a return fare to travel LON-BOM-LON with an Eco Deal and Eco Flex fare combination. LON-BOM (O2RTAS) Eco Deal Date Change fee GBP 100. BOM-LON (M2RTAS) Eco Flexi Date Change fee GBP 50. In case of Date Change/Cancellation on the entire journey, the fare rule of the highest fare plan will apply In the above scenario guest will pay a fee of GBP 100 in case of date change for a fully unutilized ticket.

20 5. Baggage Policy 5.1 Will the introduction of Fare Choice have any impact on Baggage Allowance? No. All Baggage rules remain unchanged and will apply based on the journey. 5.2 How will the guest know the baggage allowance applicable for each fare category? If a guest has purchased a ticket through a travel agent he/she should ask the agent the baggage allowance applicable for the ticket purchased. For bookings made on mobile site, app, Jet Airways ticketing counters and Contact Centre, the baggage allowance will be printed on the eticket. 21 6. Distribution Channel 6.1 How will Fare Choices be displayed in the GDS? The fare rules and benefits of the applicable fare plan will be displayed in the GDS as indicated below SABRE GDS

23 7. Cabin Upgrade 7.1 Is upgrade eligible on all fare plans of Fare Choices? Upgrade eligibility is applicable for all fare plans except for tickets booked under Economy Deal and Première Deal.
