32 Status of transaction Term of SPA and escrow account extended by 90 days from March 23 to June 21 to enable obtaining of requisite approvals Approval received from Department of Company Affairs; pending approval from DGCA INR 5.0 bn paid as advance to the Selling Shareholders against a pledge of 100% of Air Sahara shares.
