1 MAKING ONLINE RESERVATIONS ETEX GROUP TRAVEL ARRANGERS For online booking support: - Uniglobe Axon Travel support@uniglobeaxontravel.be or (Sam Pannemans) - Uniglobe Robins Travel erik@robinstravel.be or (Erik Schoenmaekers) STEP 1 ACCESS THE ONLINE BOOKING TOOL - To access the online booking tool enter the same user name and password as entered in Profiler Express. 2 STEP 2 SELECTING THE TRAVELER Select Guest if you need to book for a traveler without a traveler profile. Or select one of the registered travelers and click on Arrange trip. Manual AeTM Etex Group Travelers 2

3 STEP 3 REQUESTING AVAILABILITY: Fill in the yellow mandatory fields to request flight availability. While typing the beginning of a city or airport name, the system will give matching suggestions to assist you in finding the correct name. 4 You can enter search options e.g. cabin, preferred airlines, direct flights only, Manual AeTM Etex Group Travelers 4

5 STEP 4 SEARCHING THE FLIGHT OPTIONS AND MAKING YOUR CHOICE: In the availability screen the search results can be filtered or narrowed down in order to find the option that is most convenient to you. Select All results for a complete overview of both standard and web fares. You can always modify your availability search during the booking process. You can filter the flight options by clicking the number of connections, the airline or the fare. Manual AeTM Etex Group Travelers 5

6 In the Select a trip section you can further specify and filter the different options by departure time, arrival time, flight duration, etc. You can also request all combinations with 1 specific outbound or inbound flight by clicking Show options with this flight. 7 STEP 5 COMPLETING THE TRIP REQUEST: In the next step you can add a hotel, car or rail reservation and find a summary of your trip: Add a hotel, car or rail reservation Don t forget to tick the purchase conditions agreement box. Manual AeTM Etex Group Travelers 7

8 STEP 6 SENDING YOUR TRIP FOR APPROVAL: Before sending the trip for approval in this last step some mandatory fields need to be filled in. This field shows who is assigned to approve this trip. This information is required in order to complete the trip request. By clicking the Send for approval button, the trip will be sent to the appropriate travel approver. 9 When you trip has been sent for approval the system will show you a summary and the status of your trip. When your trip is approved you will receive a confirmation and e-ticket from your travel agency Uniglobe Axon Travel. Manual AeTM Etex Group Travelers 9

10 STEP 7 VIEWING A LIST OF YOUR PLANNED TRIPS: A list of all of your trips can be found on the start page (Home) or in the trip review list (Review): Manual AeTM Etex Group Travelers 10

While typing the beginning of a city or railway station name, the system will give matching suggestions to assist you in finding the correct name.
