3 EGE GT Vehicle Operations Vehicle operation requirements Unattended vehicles not permitted on terminal curb Passenger drop-off and loading in designated areas Parking only permitted in designated parking spaces Reserved pick-up lot spaces will be marked

4 EGE GT Vehicle Operations Vehicle Idle Time Commercial Operators are encouraged to turn off their vehicles during dwell time at the Airport. In the event it is not practicable to turn off a vehicle due to extreme cold, Commercial Operators are encouraged to limit any vehicle idling time to fifteen minutes or less.

5 EGE GT Passenger Pick-up Passenger Meeting Area in Terminal Relocated to west end of baggage reclaim area Remain behind stanchions and away from all doors Drivers may not proceed beyond the stanchions Access Terminal bathrooms only through main terminal entry

6 EGE GT Passenger Pick-up For the purposes of meeting and greeting pre-scheduled passengers, only one (1) driver or other company representative per Commercial Operator Company may be inside the Airport Terminal at any given time, and that the individual may only be in the Terminal 15 minutes prior to the scheduled arrival of that passenger s flight.

7 EGE GT Passenger Pick-up Only commercial operators with a current concession agreement may meet walk-up passengers inside the Airport Terminal. Manifest required

8 EGE GT Passenger Pick-up Pick Up: Handling of Passenger Luggage If the passenger requests baggage assistance from the Company Representative, and reasonable Skycap service is not available, at the time of pick-up, the Company Representative may assist the passenger with the baggage. The Company may not proceed beyond the designated meeting area, but may take the passenger s luggage from the designated meeting area to the vehicle, and return for additional baggage.

10 EGE GT Passenger Drop-off off ALL GT vehicles shall use the drop-off lot ABSOLUTELY NO CURB DROP-OFF

11 EGE GT Passenger Drop-off off Drop Off: Handling of Passenger Luggage If a passenger requests baggage assistance from the Company Representative, and reasonable Skycap service is not available, at the time of drop-off and unloading, the Company Representative may assist the passenger with his or her baggage. The Company Representative must use the designated unloading area, as shown, and must return to his or her vehicle immediately upon delivering the passenger s bags at the Terminal.

13 EGE GT Notices of Violation Suspension and revocation A violation of the ground transportation rules and regulations will result in service of a Notice of Violation, which will operate as a warning. Each notice of violation is recorded as a company infraction.

14 EGE GT Notices of Violation First Violation A Commercial Operator issued one (1) Notice of Violation during a Ground Transportation Year will not be immediately suspended, unless the Airport Manager, or his designee, determines that the Commercial Operator s behavior was willful and/or deliberate and a disruption to Airport Staff or the traveling public.

15 EGE GT Notices of Violation Second Violation A subsequent violation of the ground transportation rules and regulations by the same individual or any other company representative will result in a suspension of the entire Company s operating privileges at the Airport and/or Airport Terminal for a period of up to 7 days Requires meeting with Airport Manager within 7 days after issuance of violation

16 EGE GT Notices of Violation Third Violation A third Notice of Violation attributed to the Company will result in the revocation of the Company s operating privileges on the Airport and/or Airport Terminal for one (1) calendar year.

17 EGE GT Curbside and Terminal Reps. Curbside and Terminal Services Reps Function Assist traveling public monitor traffic, parking, & GT operations Direct compliant GT ops Enforce rules and report infractions

18 EGE GT - Other Other Speed limit and pedestrian crossings Parking for non-drivers in employee lot Inform passengers of procedure to find driver and vehicle
