Departing From : Duration : Departures : Period : Kilimanjaro (JRO) Tanzania or Nairrobi (JK) Kenya 7 Nights / 8 Days Daily December to March Wilbeests Migration Ndutu & Serengeti Safari ITINERARY DAY 01 : KILIMANJARO (JRO) ARUSHA, TANZANIA Arrival, Meet our Sky of Serengeti Safaris representative and Driver/ Guide. Pickup from Point of entry (Kilimanjaro International Airport). You will be driven in a 4WD Land Cruiser (MIN BUS) depending on group size, in either case the Safari Vehicles are specially designed for Safari with open roofs for game viewing and a guaranteed window seat for each passenger. It is possible to pick up and drop at Namanga, the Kenya/Tanzania Border, and arrangements can also be made to pick up at Airport of Nairobi, Kenya or arrange pick up in Nairobi by the Shuttle bus Nairobi Arusha (Tanzania). Transfer to Arusha Town. You will be briefed by one of our representative on arrival at the Lodge. Extra Border Transfers shall be charged if arrivals in any other than Kilimanjaro Airport. Enquire current transfer charges. Visas will also be required depending on Nationalities-you can acquire Visas on arrival at the Bordercrossing. Dinner and overnight at Arusha Coffee Lodge. (B&B)

2 DAY 02 : ARUSHA TOWN / NDUTU NGORONGORO CONSERVATION AREA This morning we will travel to the famed Ndutu Ngorongoro Conservation Area. We will stop for hot lunch along the way at Ngorongoro Serena Lodge, which is situated on the rim of the Ngorongoro Crater and has a spectacular view. After lunch we will continue on to Ndutu Kati Kati Tented Camp, attractive Camp located Between Ndutu Ngorongoro and Serengeti National Park. We have opted for 4 nightsi.from Ndutu we will range out into various parts of the Serengeti for our game drives. DAY 03 : NDUTU / FULL DAY GAME VIEWING Early morning and afternoon game drives. At this time of year the extensive herds of wildebeests and zebras are present in the Ndutu area. The Wildebeest migration is one of the greatest wildlife spectacles in the world, numbering over a million animals. Moving together with the Wildebeests are more than a quarter of a million zebras, truly an incredible sight. In the evening we can enjoy drinks around the campfire as the darkening sky silhouettes of African Acacia trees. DAY 04 : NDUTU / FULL DAY GAME VIEWING The Ndutu area is one of the best places to find cheetahs, leopard and we will be on the lookout for these magnificents animals on our game drives here. Lions too, are a feature of the Serengeti and we should see them regularly on our game drives, especially when we explore around the Kopjes (large exposed rocks which are the one of the dominant features of the landscape here). There are a lot of birds to be seen throughout the safari and the Ndutu area is particularly good. Morning and afternoon game drives. DAY 05 : NDUTU / FULLDAY GAME VIEWING Again we will have early morning and afternoon game drives in the Ndutu Serengeti Areas. Sometimes the wildebeests and zebras pass right through the Camp grounds, as do lions and other wildlife. Some guests prefer to stay right at the Camp to enjoy such happenings and our guests are most welcome to do so if they wish. DAY 06 : NDUTU / GAME DRIVE / NGORONGORO Early morning breakfast at the Camp then after we will drive back to the Ngorongoro Crater with Game Drive enroute and stop at the OlDuvai Gorge on the way. OlDuvai is the place where famed anthropologists, the Leakey s, found the earliest evidence of man, Australopithecus. There is a small, but fascinating museum overlooking the gorge. We will have picnic lunch boxes and then proceed to Ngorongoro Serena Lodge. It is a spectacular lodge with a spectacular view. Dinner and overnight at Ngorongoro Serena Lodge. (L,D,B) DAY 07 : NGORONGORO / HALF DAY CRATER TOUR/ LAKE MANYARA PARK

3 After breakfast we will descend into the crater for an half day Crater Tour to explore, and to view and photograph wildlife. The Ngorongoro Crater is the largest crater on earth and it abounds with mammals and birds. At 12:30am we will drive to Manyara Serena Lodge for our hot Lunch, then after we will drive to Lake Manyara National Park for an evening Game Drive. Dinner and overnight at Lake Manyara Serena Lodge. (L,D,B) DAY 08 : LAKE MANYARA / ARUSHA / KILIMANJARO (JRO)BACK HOME After breakfast we drive to Arusha SHANGA for hot lunch. Before arrive at The Arusha hotel we will stop at an indoor market, where artisans from throughout Tanzania sell their work. This is a great place to purchase batik fabric, fine wood carvings, and even Tanzanite. After lunch at leisure. At 18:00pm we will drive to Kilimanjaro (JRO) for our flight KLM back home.
