Nasikia Tanzania reserves the right to share tour leader in twin room Payments 20% Deposit upon confirmation of booking 80% Balance 45 Days before arrival Extras are to be settled in full before departure, in USD or TZS currency Note: Nasikia Tanzania Ltd reserves the right to cancel any booking that does not comply with the above terms. 14 The contract rates, terms and conditions mentioned in this agreement are subject to change without notice: however every effort will be made to maintain them. In the event of a change on government taxes, levies, concession fees or wildlife fees, Nasikia Tanzania reserves the right to pass on any increase to the agent. ity The Agent confirms that the above contract, rate and terms and conditions are strictly confidential and that no portion of this agreement may be divulged to any third party Breach Nasikia Tanzania will consider any default or non-compliance with any of the terms and conditions contained with this agreement as a breach of contract and therefore make this contract null and void. Furthermore it may cancel any booking paid or unpaid as a result of such breach and claim damages due to default.
