28 Outdoor, recreation Camping unit Any tent, tent trailer, pickup camper, recreational vehicle, cabin, lean-to or similar structure designed as a temporary living accommodation for recreational and camping purposes established or maintained and operated in a campground for recreation, education, or vacation purposes. Recreational vehicle A vehicular-type portable camping unit without permanent foundation that can be towed, hauled, or driven and is primarily designed as a temporary living accommodation for recreational and camping purposes. Recreational vehicles include, but are not limited to, travel trailers, truck campers, camping trailers, and self propelled motor homes. This definition does not include manufactured homes or temporary portable storage containers. Key item: New supportive definitions 2

Typical uses include: animal racing facilities, motorized cart and motorcycle tracks, and motorized model airplane flying facilities. This definition does not include automobile race tracks. Key items: Not needed. Can be covered under Commercial outdoor entertainment, amusement or sports, major. 2

30 Outdoor, recreation Open Firing range, indoor or outdoor An area designed for the controlled discharge of shoulder weapons and/or pistols, and subject to the standards of the National Rifle Association, as provided for herein. Key items: More research needed and consultation with County Attorney to identify any state or federal codes that apply Consider the creation of an Art 9 Pull in SE req. A, P, Q, R Outdoor vs indoor requirements, Setbacks, Noise, Etc. 3

31 Outdoor, recreation Marina/boatyard A boating establishment located on a navigable waterway, which may provide covered or uncovered boat slips or dock space, dry boat storage, boat repairs and/or construction, marine fuel and lubricants, marine supplies, restaurants or refreshment facilities, boat and boat motor sales or rental and other uses clearly incidental to watercraft activities, sales and maintenance. Key items: Removed boatyard Would fall under Retail sales, outdoor P in B-1, B-4 and I-1 CUP in RC-1 Clarified that other uses not listed, but clearly incidental, would be permitted. 31
