4 SLEDGE BUILD CHALLENGE groups of 8 to 50 people SUB ZERO groups of 25 to 100 people There s nothing like a little friendly competition to bring people out of their shells and get them working together. Our Sub Zero Race Challenge offers a series of contests to give everyone regardless of age, fitness or job title the chance to contribute and compete. Whether it s department battling department, girls against guys or boardroom versus shop-floor, this is a lively challenge that gets everyone excited. Sledging Relay: We give each of your teams a single sledge and a set time on the clock the team that makes the most runs comes out on top. Tubing Drag Race: Like the sledging relay, but this time your teams race to see how many runs they can make on one of our huge rubber rings. Team Luge Slide: Each team takes a turn down our 60m Luge the winner can be the team with the fastest individual run, the best combined team run or the quickest average time. HIRE OF WATERPROOF JACKET AND TROUSERS FOR EACH TEAM MEMBER 1 HOUR IN OUR SNOW PARK INTERACTIVE SLEDGES TO BUILD PER TEAM AREA TO RACE YOUR SLEDGES A great exhilarating team building activity for all ages and fitness levels. We will split your group into smaller teams, each team then has a limited amount of team to build a sledge! We will finally race the teams sledges to see if their sledge building skills are up to scratch! After this the whole group will have access to our Snow Park for 1 hour. From 40 Per Person HIRE OF WATERPROOF JACKET AND TROUSERS FOR EACH TEAM MEMBER DEDICATED GROUP HOST ON THE DAY EVENT COORDINATOR EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE SNOW PARK Sledge Build: Not just a race but a test of ingenuity and teamwork, on this challenge your teams need to create their own sledges before pitting them against their opponents in a time trial. Igloo Build: The clock is set and our igloo is lying in 20 separate pieces at the centre of our maze. It s up to your teams to see if they can work together to put the giant 3D puzzle together the team with the most pieces in place wins. THE SUMMIT CHALLENGE groups of 20+ people 1 OR 2 HOUR SLOTS EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE SNOW PARK FOR LARGER GROUPS Luge Slip N Slide: Speeding down 60 metres of twisting, turning ice will transform anyone into a big kid. The question is, who on your team will scream the loudest on the way down? Sledge O Mania: Here, your team gets a choice go for pure speed on the ski board sledge, or weave your way down the slopes on the carver. Either way, it s a race to the finish line. From 20 Per Person Split into small teams, your group will have to tackle a series of challenges to make it to the mountain summit. Once everyone s kitted up, you have one hour to take on a number of tasks such as the ones listed below. You never know what will happen on the summit! BLIZZARD With high winds and blinding snow on the horizon, you only have minutes to prepare a shelter. Our mountain can t be tackled alone. It takes a team. It s only when you work together with shared goals and a common purpose that you can overcome the elements, conquer the slopes and reach the summit. Taking on a series of mountaineering challenges that mix physical and mental skills, you ll find new ways to communicate and collaborate: forging bonds, strengthening relationships and most importantly having fun. You may arrive at Chill Factore as just a group of colleagues. After scaling the mountain together, your group will leave exhilarated, motivated and rewarded. Above all, you ll leave as a team. HIRE OF WATERPROOF JACKET AND TROUSERS FOR EACH TEAM MEMBER INTERACTIVE SLEDGES TO BUILD PER TEAM AREA TO RACE YOUR SLEDGES SNOW BLIND Struck by snow blindness, half your team are stuck behind a perilous gully of obstacles and avalanches. Can the rest of the team guide them across using only their voices? IMPROVISED SLED Two of the team can t go on. It s up to the others to make a sled from whatever they can find in camp and get them down the mountain safely. GLACIER CROSSING A dangerous glacier riddled with crevasses lies ahead. The only safe way across is by roping together, spreading your weight and moving as one. Carefully does it. ICE FIELD Just as the team reaches an ice field, bad weather closes in leaving conditions dangerous and visibility poor. Only with teamwork can everyone find a safe passage in the fastest time possible. RIDGELINE TRAVERSE The only way to the top is across a ridgeline with a 2,000ft drop to each side. Rope up and traverse it together or there s a long fall waiting for you. SUMMIT BID Things are tough at the top. Can your whole team fit on the very pinnacle of the mountain? It s exposed and it s dangerous. But the group photos worth it. THE VOID One moment you re crossing a snow field, the next a large crevasse opens separating the team from their gear. Using only the kit on you, can your team find a way to retrieve the vital equipment? 10 11
