6 How to Earn Points: Incentive Earning Period: July 1st, 2016 June 30th, 2017 Each Subtotal A Dollar earns you one point towards the Norwex Go For The Goal 2017 incentive. Each newly qualified Recruit earns you 500 points. Personally promote to a new Leadership level for the first time and earn 1,000 points. Elevate a personal or associate Recruit to a new Leadership level and earn 1,000 points. Goals 1 4 are accumulative, i.e. you will receive each reward as you surpass each level. * Extras such as sightseeing tours are optional and at the Consultant s own expense, unless included in the Goal you achieve and specified in this booklet. S90067 How it Works: Flights and the incentive trip must be taken as scheduled. Achievers who are unable to travel must notify Head Office in writing. Norwex will consider this notification final and no further changes will be accepted. In lieu of the trip, Goal 5 Achievers will receive a $300 Shopping Spree (SS), Goal 6 Achievers will receive a $500 SS, Goal 7 Achievers will receive a $700 SS, and Goal 8 Achievers will receive a $900 SS. Incentive trips are not transferable. No compensation will be paid to any achiever for any unused portion of this incentive. There will be no extensions to travel before the trip. If you wish to extend at the end of your trip at your own cost, you must notify Norwex in writing no later than July 1st Any costs associated with extending this trip will be the responsibility of the Consultant. Incentive air travel will be arranged through a Norwex chosen travel agency, from a major Australian or New Zealand gateway city airport. Expenses to and from the airport are the responsibility of the achiever. Norwex will determine the major Australian or New Zealand gateway city. Any costs incurred travelling to and from the gateway city will be the responsibility of the Consultant and will not be covered by Norwex. Accommodations are based on double occupancy for all achievers Buy-ins for additional guests will be available at Norwex s discretion. To be considered a guest the individual may not be a Norwex Consultant. If the guest has previously been a Norwex Consultant, they must have been removed for a minimum of 12 months as at June 30, Guests must be booked with Norwex Australia s chosen travel agent. Costs are not negotiable. The following rates are an indication only and are subject to change without notice: adults from AU$3480 per person, children (aged 2 11 years) from AU$2980 per child (based on the children accommodated in the same room as their parents, interconnecting rooms will be an additional cost). Rates for additional guests will be dependent on which Goal you achieve. Only Norwex Consultants in good standing throughout the incentive period, up to and including the time of travel, are eligible to participate in the 2017 Go For The Goal incentive program. Good standing is deemed as a Consultant who is compliant with all of Norwex s Policies and Procedures. Norwex Consultants who resign or are terminated, up to and including the time of travel, will forfeit all incentive award points. If a Consultant is not at the new Leadership level for bonus period of June 2017, promotion points will be forfeited. This condition does not include points received by an Upline who elevates a personal or associate Recruit to a new Leadership level whose points are forfeited.
