Perfect winding roads and challenging off-road trails, our itinerary is conceived for each stages to be a journey on its own. In a warm and friendly atmosphere, full of Latino- american culture, this motorcycle road trip gathers an incredible diversity of eco-system, from the Amazon rain forest, through the volcanos valley, to the white sand beach of the Pacific. Ideal with friends, this motorcycle tour is accessible to all kind of pilots, even though it s still required a good physical condition. Our team is doing everything possible to let our riders enjoy the adventure on their own pace. We have selected highly comfortable hotels based on their location, originalityand cozy atmosphere.

3 J.1 * ARRIVAL IN MANTA => SANTA MARIANITA Mono 500 s team welcomes you at the airport of Manta before driving you down to the private beach of Santa Marianita where our lodge is located. Your feet in the water, you ll have time to relax and enjoy the night while meeting with the crew and other riders. Diner will be served with seafood freshly fished. J.2 * Sta MARIANITA - MONTANITA [ 210kms - 80km off road] Our first riding day is of an incredible diversity After leaving the lodge through a little winding road along the ocean, we ll start riding in-land on dusty trails and discover the back country. We ll drive through tiny authentic villages, sometimes very remote and hardly reachable. Numerous streams, muddy trails and steep tracks will give us lots of challenge before stopping near a beautiful local fishermen s beach. Later on, we ll ride on the sunny road of «Ruta del Sol», offering us scenic views and vista point. Many curves will await us before getting to Montanita, a local party town, known for its surf spots, laid back atmosphere, and its rum cocktails. J.3 * MONTANITA VINCES [ 230kms 70km off road ] Today s stage will be characterized by tropical landscapes, as we ride across humid and dense vegetation. Well maintain dirt tracks will insure us an amusing ride as we go in a preserved area. The region will guarantee an immersive experience far from touristic areas, while riding up the Hondo s river on trails of clay. We will get back on the main road for a little stretch before meeting up again with secondary roads across bananas and cacao plantations.

4 J.4 * VINCE - GUARANDA [ 200kms - 70km off road ] In far remote areas of Ecuador, between Vince and Balzapampa villages, we ll make several stops and take the time to witness the inhabitants way of life and share precious time with them. The temperature in this region is rising, and the 100 kms separating the two villages are a pure joy for any bikers in search of beautiful curves in a scenic environment and luxurious nature. The scene and the climate will change as we climb up the mountain, getting from 500m high to an altitude of 3000m high in a spam of only 3 hours. Motor biking on the crest line in the afternoon will be one of a ride, offering us astonishing views on the highest Ecuadorian volcano, Chimborazo, 6268m. There will be the possibility to circumnavigate it. J.5 * GUARANDA - QUILOTOA [ 200kms - 130km off road ] Useless to search the tracks of this stage on the google map, the trail of the day isn t represented on any maps! At the heart of this secluded region, denied of any modernization, we are ascending the Andes mountain range through a steep road of the Altiplano, located 4000m above sea level. The highlands offer an incredible panorama of various landscapes, from jungle type to tropical plantations and arid lands, one of the most diversified stage. We ll spend the night in a modest lodge, yet comfortable, near the crest line of Quilotoa volcano. J.6 * QUILOTOA VALLE HERMOSO [ 200kms - 100km off road ] Early in the morning, for the most courageous ones, you ll have the possibility to hike to the volcano s crater and witness its beautiful crystal clear waters (hike 1H30). Then, we will hop on our legendary bikes to leave behind us this wonder. A perfectly

5 asphalted road will guide us down the mountain with joyful curves and postcard-type landscapes. In Sigchos, we ll meet an off-road path to continue on our descending and cross multiple isolated villages. By the end of the day, we ll take a breath in the lowlands and enter the rainforest. Right here, we ll ride on both hemisphere as cross the Equator s line. J.7 * VALLE HERMOSO - CANOA [ 220kms - 70km off road ] Today, we re heading West to the Pacific shore! The itinerary offers various roads and trails in a hilly valley and across tropical fruits plantations. It s hot and humid in this part of Ecuador, the gravel roads are often very muddy, offering us a great playground and challenging our motorcycle skills. Those trails, used mostly by local farmers, give us an immersive experience and let us witness the local way of life. Our last night will be spent in Canoa, a laid-back beach town, with livelynightlifeand multiplecocktail bars. J.8 * CANOA STA MARIANITA [ 130 kms ] Last morning rides along the Pacific Ocean before reaching Manta. We ll make couples of runway incursions along rice fields as we approach our Lodge. We ll arrive in Santa Marianita by mid-day and share our last lunch on the beach before taking care of your transfer to the airport upon your flight schedule.

In 2006, Royal Enfield defined the new motor which responds to the drastic norms of the EURO 3. This motorcycle has kept most of its original features whilst growing in reliability thanks to its new engine, its integrated gearbox and its electronic injection. USEFUL INFORMATION Commitment level : Accessible to all pilots Weather : Warm and humid. Temperatures are steady and pleasant during the whole year (20/30 C day time - 10 C/15 C night time). Hot tropical rain showers intersperse in the journey, while going through the Amazonian jungle and Andean passes. Money : The local currency is the US Dollar. We advise you to come along with some cash for your daily expense and souvenirs. Phone and Internet : WIFI is available at 80% in the selected accommodations METHOD OF PAYMENT To validate your subscription, a 30% deposit of the total fare must be transferred by international bank transfer in the 20 days following your written consent further to the quotation sending. The balance has to be paid via bank transfer 30 days at the latest before your arrival in Ecuador. A security deposit of 1000 USD per pilot will be asked at the beginning of the journey, which will be returned to you at the end of the journey if no damage has been done to the motorbike.
