Itinerary: Day 01 - Arrival to Kathmandu (Tribhuvan International Airport TIA) (1,350 m/4,450 ft) Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) and clearing customs and immigration, you will be welcomed by our personalrepresentative at the arrival zone (we assure you that our complete team roster at Discovery World Trekking (DWT) is professionally certified and registered with the government). Our representative will escort you by private transport to our hotel in Kathmandu, centrally and conveniently located in the Thamel area of Kathmandu. Thamel is well known as an exciting tourist hub and has a full range of restaurants and cuisine, gear and souvenir shops, pubs, nightspots and tourist facilities. After resting and refreshing at the hotel, the evening is yours to explore. DAY 02- Full Day Tour, Kathmandu Valley Sightseeing After breakfast, we will embark on a full day of sightseeing around the scenic Kathmandu Valley. You will be accompanied by our personal DWT guide, an expert on the architecture, culture and history of the valley.the day s sights and activities include visits to the sacred, ancient shrines of Pashupatinath, Boudhanath, and Swayambhunath, all still very active. Pashupatinath is one of the world s most important Shiva shrines and a site of cremation for dignitaries. Boudhanath is one of the largest and grandest Stupa in Asia and busy from dawn to dusk with devotees. Swayambhunath, aka The Monkey Temple, is famously perched on a hill overlooking the city. The day s tour includes a visit tothe otherworldly Patan Durbar Square.Overnight at Hotel. DAY 03 - Drive to Rafting Launch Point, rafting along Trishuli River (350 m / 1140 ft)- 3 hr Drive, 2-3 hrs rafting

We start our scenic drive after an early morning breakfast, traveling out of the valley and along the picturesque Trishuli and River on the highway to Pokhara.

The adventure is safe and fun for all ages and skill levels. The section that we will pass through has a mix of both relaxing flowing waters and exciting rapids. The fun on the river is followed by meal breaks at peaceful riverside beaches. Overnight at Tented Camp under the stars. DAY 04 Trishuli River Rafting 3-4 hrs and then Drive to Pokhara (820 m/ 2,690 ft)-3 hrs We start our day after a leisurely breakfast, we then will have another 3-4 more hours on the river of rafting enjoyment. After the exciting morning, we then say goodbye to the dynamic Trishuli River as we leave it behind and make a scenic drive that follows along the picturesque Marsyangdi River. The beautiful scenery along the way includes rivers, terraced fields, villages and occasional glimpses of the snowy mountains. Our destination is Pokhara is a lakeside tourist's paradise with many facilities for travelers.accommodation at selected hotel Near the lake. DAY 05 - Drive to Naundanda (1,400 m / 4,550 ft) - 1 hr, andtrek to Sarangkot(1,600 m / 5,300 ft) 3-4hrs After a nourishing breakfast meal, we enjoy a short drive through beautiful landscape on the way up to Naudanda, our trek starting point. Here we inaugurate our first steps on the trail. The route follows along a ridge top with spectacular viewpoints of the snowy mountains and surrounding landscape with dense jungle and terraced fields and the beautiful lake below it all. We eventually reach the ridge top settlement known as Sarangkot where we can enjoy a broad panorama of Himalayan peaks. Sarankot is nearby a launch point for paragliders as well as location of a new zip-line. We will enjoy a captivating sunset from here. Overnight at Lodge.

3 DAY 06 -Trek to Pokhara(820 m/ 2,690 ft) - 2 hrs After savoring another sunrise on the Himalaya from Sarangkot, with a broad view of the snowy peaks from east to west including Fishtail peak, the Annapurna Range and more, we will enjoy a leisurely breakfast. We then leave the ridge behind and make a pleasant hike down through the jungle and fertile farmland as we descend to the lakeside city of Pokhara. We then make a tour of the highlights of Pokhara including a boating excursion on Phewa Lake. Accommodation at selected Hotel Near the lake. DAY 07 Drive to Chitwan National Park (150 m / 490 ft) - 4 hrs We drive east from Lumbini along the fertile plains of southern Nepal to the world famous Chitwan National Park and another UNESCO World Heritage Site (Natural). Chitwan is a great place to soak up the natural environment and the view over looking the grasslands as the sun goes down will be an unforgettable memory. Overnight at Lodge DAY 08 Chitwan National Park A day of Jungle Safari activities in Chitwan National Park.The park cum World Heritage Siteis an ideal place for jungle safari activities and a chance to spot some of the world s largest and rarest animals, including tigers, rhinos, wild elephants and over 480 species of bird. Our expert guide will take you on an exciting tour of the jungle. Safari activities include an elephant back outing, a jungle hike, a canoe ride, a visit to an elephant breeding center, a bird Watching tour, and a village tour with a cultural program of the indigenous Tharu people. Overnight at Lodge. DAY 09 Drive to Kathmandu(1,350 m/4,450 ft)-165 km, 5-6 hrs We will have a chance at more jungle activities in the morning, when the big mammals are active and chances of a sighting is greater. We then enjoy a breakfast and say goodbye to the lowland plains and

4 make a return drive north through the hills and picturesque country side on the way to Kathmandu. Accommodation at selected Hotel in Kathmandu. Day 10 Visit Bhaktapur and Drive to Nagarkot (2,160 m / 7,085 ft) 2 hrs drive Today we visit a former compound of royals filled with ancient temples,b haktapur an impressive city and especially famous for its serenity and exquisite artwork. We complete the day with a scenic drive up to the hill top resort area of Nagarkot where will have a magnificent panorama of the Himalaya, and if the weather is clear then the broad spectrum of peaks to admire include as far as Dhaulagiri to the west and Kanchenjunga on the far eastern border of Nepal and India. Overnight at Lodge. Day 11- Sunrise at Nagarkot(2,160 m / 7,085 ft) and return trek to Changunarayan 4 hrs and drive Kathmandu- 2 hrs After savoring the sunrise on the Himalaya from our hill station viewpoint, we will enjoy a breakfast, and then we leave the ridgeline as we journey back down to the broad Kathmandu Valley. We descend through lush jungle and rural villages. We end our hiking with a visit to the ancient temple of Chagunarayan on the outskirts of the valley. This temple is especially well-known for its rich carvings and ornamentation. We complete the journey with a scenic drive back to Kathmandu. Along the way we will have good views of fertile farmland in the valley. Accommodation at selected Hotel in Kathmandu.
